Ingredients:
1/2 a packet of Instant Oatmeal (sugar free)
1tbs flax seed (coarsely ground) or Chia seed
1tsp cinnamon
2tbs raw pumpkin seed
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 banana
1/2 cup fresh berries, or pomegranate

Directions:
1. Mix the oatmeal with the nuts and flax seed
2. Pour hot water over the mixture and let it sit for 5 min
3. Add the fruits and mix
4. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top

Voila, you have a healthy, delicious breakfast that is better than any cereal for it doesn't have any processed sugars. The sugar in fruits is easily broken down and digested by our bodies.

Sassy Chickpeas

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped parsley
a squeeze of lemon
3 tbl olive oil
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cumin

Directions:
in a medium size bowl mix all the ingredients above
serve alone or with a side of fresh radishes or a slice of pita bread (optional)

Goat Licks

Ingredients:
1 cup goat cheese
1 tsp chia seed
1tsp dried mint
1tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
4 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Spread the goat cheese on a medium size plate
Sprinkle all the ingredients on top creating a fun colorful design
add the olive oil last
serve with toasted whole grain bread
