Tahini Sauce

serving:2 cups

This is an excellent sauce to use with grilled chicken or grilled fish. It can also make for a nutritional dip on its own. Simple, easy to make, and rich in flavor..enjoy..

Ingredients:
3 tbsp tahini (sesame oil) found in the international isle in most grocery stores
1 small lemon squeezed
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup water (u can add more to get a consistency that is similar to a smoothie)

Directions:
Combine the tahini with the water and lemon juice till you get a smooth clump free consistency
Add the parsley, the salt and stir
Keep any left overs refrigerated and covered
if it gets thick again by the next serving, add some water or lemon juice
