Sexy Okra

Ingredients:
1lb fresh Okra ( found at papa Joe, trader Joe) wash and cut the tips off
1/2lb tenderloins cut in 1" cubes
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1 large onion chopped
Either 5 large tomatoes chopped or 1 large organic diced tomato jar
3 tbl olive oil
Spices: 1tsp salt, 2tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp cayenne pepper, 1 stick cinnamon, 1tsp all spice
1tsp pomegranate molasses

Directions:
1.in a pan sauté the onions, spices, olive oil, and meat till the onions are golden
2.add the tomatoes and the pomegranate. Bring to a boil then cook on medium heat for 15 min
3.add the okra and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes
4.add the lemon, the cilantro and turn off the heat
Serve as a hot soup or on a bed of white rice

*you can eliminate the meat for a vegetarian dish
