This recipe makes perfect for a healthy dip or a spread. Packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids which makes it the perfect snack for the health addict. Its also a great aphrodisiac.

Ingredients:
2 beets (cooked and peeled)
1 cup walnuts
2 tbsp non fat greek yogurt
2 tbsp tahini sauce (sesame oil)
1 tsp himalayan salt
2 garlic cloves minded (optional)
1/2 lemon juiced
parsley for garnish

Directions:
1.place the walnuts in a food processor till they are all finely crushed
2. add the beets till you get a smooth mixture
3. add the rest of the ingredients and blend them until you get a hummus consistency
4. garnish with parsley and serve cold with crackers or as a vegetable dip
