Healthy Cigarettes

My healthy Cigarettes make the best snack for parties. Crunchy, delicious, beneficial, and very elegant looking. Enjoy :)
Ingredients:
1/2 plain roasted chicken from whole foods (or you can cook 1/2 boneless chicken breast)
4 shallots
4tbsp olive oil
spray on olive oil
1 "markook bread" (very thin arabic bread found at middle eastern groceries, or sometimes whole foods)
Spices: Summak (if you cook the chicken yourself then add black pepper, salt, paprika)
Directions:
Shred the chicken and set aside
Cut the shallots into small cubes
In a medium size pan place the olive oil and the shallots. Saute until golden
Add the summa and the chicken.
Stir for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Set aside to cool
Using scissors cut the rough edges of the bread. Cut each round piece into 4 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 even rectangles
place 1 tbsp of the chicken mixture into each rectangle and roll into a cigarette shape
Spray an oven pan with olive oil, place the chicken cigarettes tightly and spray again with olive oil
