Meaty Mushrooms
Serving: 4
There is a lot of negative views about red meat. As a mediterranean our diet has a lot of red meat dishes that are combined with vegetables. We don't have much in the area of steaks.
Meat in most of our recipes is not the main ingredient, but rather a supporting actor ;) There are so many vitamins and benefits to red meat that if we include a little in our diet it should do us good. What harms our bodies the most is processed food of any kind (meat included). if You opt for organic natural meals, your health and over all well being should be in great condition.
Here is my Meaty Mushrooms recipe that you can enjoy alone or with a side of rice or quinoa.
