Jida Colada

Since my goal is to create healthy delicious recipes I gave this version of pina colada recipe my name. Why not? It is delicious, thirst quenching, super healthy, antioxidant, and makes a great drink for parties

Ingredients:
1 whole baby coconut
2 cups cut into 1" cubes pineapple

Directions:
1. cut the top of the baby coconut and pour its juice in a blender (if you buy it at whole foods they will cut open the top for you)
2. using a spoon scrape all the coconut meat out and add to the blender
3. add the pineapple
4. blend on high until you get a smooth texture
5. garnish with whatever you like
