Avocado Guapo

This avocado salad is so appetizing to the eye and so satisfying to the taste. I tried it at a friend's house and I could not get enough. I made it at home the other day, but had to tweak it to make it as healthy as possible.

As you know, I don't use canned products or anything with preservatives. My shopping is mostly around the parameter of the grocery store. So here it is my friends, the modified version of this salad: my Avocado Guapo is here to impress ;)

Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free, Gluten Free

Ingredients:
2 Avocados (cut into cubes)
one fresh corn on the cob (boil in just water until tender, let is cool down then shave the corn off the cob)
one fresh medium size tomato (take the seeds out and cut in small cubes)
1 hungarian pepper (cut in small cubes)
1 jalapeño (cut in small cubes)
1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
1 cup fresh basil (chopped)
2 green onions (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 lime (squeezed)
1/2 orange (squeezed)

Directions:
1. Mix the corn, tomato, peppers, cilantro, basil, onions, jalapeño is a bowl
2. Make the dressing: mix the oil, lime, orange, salt
3. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well
4. Add the avocados last and lightly mix so they don't break
