Nutty Hearts

This pasta sauce is made from scratch, packed with vitamins and antioxidants, super healthy, delicious, and easy to make.

Ingredients:
4 fresh artichoke: peel all the leaves and take the choke out then scrape out the hearts

1/4 lb ground beef
handful of pine nuts
6 tbsp grape seed oil
1 large tomato (peeled)
1 lemon juiced
1/4 bunch cilantro chopped
1 tsp himalayan salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp curry, 1 tsp cardemon, 1 tsp cinammon
1 onion (chopped)

Directions:
1. use half the grape seed oil to toast the pine nuts just a little bit (set aside)
2. use the rest of the grape seed oil to born the meat adding the onions and all the spices. add the pine nuts and turn off the heat
3. puree the tomato and bring it to a boil with a little bit of water
4. add the lemon, the cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Turn off the heat
5. In a deep oven tray place the tomato mixture
6. place the artichoke hearts and fill each one up with the meat mixture
7. cover with foil and bake in a 350 preheated oven for 30 minutes
8. Serve hot
