Ingredients:
1 small frozen bag of carrots and peas (i get the organic one from whole foods )
1 jar diced tomatoes from whole foods
1 organic chicken breast ( cut into 1"x1/2" slices
1 tsp himalayan salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cardamon, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion (chopped)

Directions:
1.In a medium size pan place the chicken, the olive oil, the onions, and the spices and sauté on high heat from 10 min
2. Add the diced tomatoes, bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 5 min
3. Add the carrots and the peas, bring to a boil, and cook on medium heat for 15 min
4. Serve hot alone as a soup or with a side of white rice
