Ingredients:
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (i use the 1/2 rotisserie chicken from whole foods and I keep a couple of bones on the side)
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup quinoa pasta (elbows) found at whole foods
1 lemon juiced
1 bunch parsley (chopped)
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cardamon, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
1. Place the carrots, the celery, the spices, the shredded chicken, and the chicken bones in a medium size pan, cover with water and bring to a boil
2.add the quinoa pasta and cook on high heat for 6 minutes.
3. turn off the heat and add the onions, the lemon, and the parsley
serve hot..
