Ingredients:
1 bunch Swiss Chard (the colorful one) lightly chopped
1/4 bunch Cilantro (chopped)
1 onion cut into thin slices
1 lemon (juiced)
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Directions:
1.Place the Swiss Chard and the Onions, and the salt in a medium size pan on low heat without any water or oils and let them wilt stirring occasionally (approximately 10 min)
2.add the cilantro and keep the mixture on low heat for 2 more minutes
3. turn off the heat and add the lemon juice and the olive oil. Stir the mixture
4. Let it cool down, place in the fridge .
5. Served cold
